Either your physician or your BioAdvance™
Coordinator will notify us when you are to begin
your treatment.

Once we receive this notification we will contact
you to set up your first appointment. During this
initial call, we will require some information in
regards to your medical and personal history to
ensure the safe administration of your
medication. Additionally, we will explain the
process to begin your treatment and answer any
questions you may have.

Appointments

Once you have started your medication program,
you can expect a phone call from our Head Office
approximately 5 weeks before your next treatment
to confirm your next appointment.

If at anytime you have any special requirements
(for example, you are going on vacation) you
should contract our head office in advance so
that we can schedule your appointment
accordingly.

You will also receive a reminder about your
appointment approximately one week before your
treatment, either via email or phone (as per your
preference). At this time you will be asked a few
questions to ensure you are healthy enough to
receive your next treatment. It is extremely
important for you to inform our Head Office if you
answered “yes” to any of these questions as, for
your safety, it might be necessary to re-schedule
your appointment.
